To produce high quality product and meet or above customer’s expectation is our first priority to run the company. In past 15 years we are proud to maintain a very high level of quality ratio and get labeled from customer “ High quality parts from Shantin”.
Shantin factory is certified according to ISO9001 during year 2015 and equipped with advanced checking device like CMM, Spectrometer, etc.. Now factory is fully operated under stringent quality assurance system and has a stable qualified staff to serve any request from customer.
Foundry has it’s own lab with different type of inspection instrument can cover checking requirement for whole casting process ranging from incoming material till final products.

Shantin staff has been trained according to industrial standard issue 3.1B material certificate to customer.
Machining shop is also equipped with many different types of checking device can cover whole machining process.

All finally finished products will be packed into wooden box with standard international pallet suitable to logistics handling and sea transportation. All cast iron items will be clean and dry then packed by VIC bag for anti-rust purpose. In each box one set of packing list, material certificate and dimension checking report will be put inside.
