Shantin’s products are widely used in Pumps and Valves, Oil and Gas, Construction Machinery, Marine & Offshore, Mining and other mechanical industries.
Shantin's factory covers a total area of 25000 m2 and a construction area of 13000 m2, including casting workshop and machining workshop. The casting workshop adopts two casting processes: sand casting process (resin sand, green sand and precoated sand) and centrifugal casting process.
In the future, we plan to build another 15,000 square meters workshop, introduce more casting technologies (investment casting or lost foam) and more advanced processing equipment to expand our production and manufacturing capacity.
The designed capacity of our foundry is 10,000 tons per year, the maximum casting weight is 2 tons, the maximum size is 2mx2mx2m, and the machining workshop processes 500 hours per day.

2.Redesign of parts
We can design new 2D and 3D drawings according to the information provided by customers, such as technical requirements, functions, and drawings in old revisions etc. The new design will help customers and Shantin to achieve the best process plan, quality and cost control. For example, we redesigned many parts (customers used to produce them by welding process) which are very suitable for casting process.
In this way, we saved a lot of materials and labor resources, and finally the customers got great benefits through this redesign process. In many cases, customers can only provide us with samples. We can draw samples, make 2D and 3D drawings for customer approval, and then produce new products for customers.
